Foundations — Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Four Pillars Holdings III d.b.a. Pre-Sale Prep ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Foundations by Pre-Sale Prep (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide:
- Account information — your email address (used for passwordless "magic link" sign-in), your name, and your business name.
- Diagnostic and program inputs — information you enter into the Service, including what your business sells, your customer type, revenue band, monthly lead volume, 12-month goals, your self-assessment answers, strategy responses, growth-play data, and lesson reflections.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact us or book a call.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage and device data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected by our hosting and infrastructure providers to operate and secure the Service.
- Cookies / similar technologies — see Section 6.
Payment information:
- When you purchase, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We receive limited billing and transaction information (such as a Stripe customer identifier and payment status) needed to grant access and manage your account.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of personal information, and the Service is not directed to children under 18 (see Section 9).
2. How we use information
We use the information to:
- create and manage your account and authenticate you via magic-link sign-in;
- provide the Service — generate your diagnostic results, lessons, strategies, growth plays, and progress tracking;
- generate AI-assisted outputs by processing your inputs through our AI provider (Section 4);
- process payments, grant and manage access entitlements, and handle renewals;
- respond to your inquiries and provide support;
- contact you about your account, purchases, and (where permitted) relevant offerings, and to follow up about the program;
- maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
- analyze and improve the Service.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers and in the situations below.
Service providers / sub-processors (each acts on our behalf or under its own terms):
| Provider | Purpose | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, and storage of your account and program data | Hosted in the United States |
| Vercel | Application hosting and delivery | Hosted in the United States |
| Anthropic | AI processing — generates diagnostics, narratives, and suggestions from your inputs | See Section 4 |
| Stripe | Payment processing | Receives payment details directly |
| Close | Customer-relationship management — our team uses it to follow up with you | See Section 5 |
| Calendly | Scheduling optional calls (e.g., a consultation) | Only if you book a call |
Other sharing: we may disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to protect our rights, safety, and the security of the Service, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (subject to this Policy).
4. AI processing of your inputs
To generate diagnostic results, narratives, strategy suggestions, and growth plays, we send the information you enter into those features to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. The generated output is stored with your account so you can return to it. We use AI providers that we expect not to use your inputs to train their public models, but you should not submit information you do not want processed in this way. AI output may be inaccurate — review it with your own judgment.
5. Lead and customer follow-up (Close CRM)
When you complete the Growth Diagnostic, and when you reach certain program milestones, we may create or update a record in our customer-relationship system (Close) containing information such as your name, business name, email, and program status, so our team can follow up with you about the program. If you do not want this follow-up, you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link included in them.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service, such as keeping you signed in (authentication/session cookies). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (Section 8); some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as transaction records).
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing or marketing communications. To exercise these rights, contact us through your account. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails; we may still send service-related messages.
9. Children
The Service is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls provided by our infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International users
The Service is operated in the United States, and your information is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or in-app notice) and update the "Last updated" date.
